At work

Leading the AI Engineering & Governance function I built at Siemens Digital Industries Software — growing the team, and shipping agentic systems and RAG platforms while keeping the governance framework light enough that engineers actually follow it.

Writing

Four posts up, aiming at one a month — consistency over volume. Next up: the enterprise coding-agent rollout post, the one this site was built to carry.

Homelab

This site's publish pipeline just landed (Obsidian → git → Cloudflare Pages). Next tinker project: self-hosted Umami analytics exposed through a Cloudflare Tunnel — which will become a post of its own.
